The lot is almost virtually a small orchard, rimmed with trees - mostly fruit trees, though there is one
fig tree near the north end set in a bit and a citrus farther over, placing it the other side of center.

LOCATION & Directions:

The specific location of this property is approximately 8 miles east of the Pacific Ocean
off the Tijuana-Ensenada
Toll Road and about one half mile due north of the Tacate Road.


FROM SAN DIEGO:

Take 805 or 5 south across the border. Immediately follow the signs to the Ensenada Toll Road/Las Playas.
You will skirt Tijuana along the border, then up a hill, then up a longer hill to the ocean where you will go
due south onto the toll road. You will go through 3 toll gates that currently charge $2.35 US each. This is an
increadably scenic drive and can safely be driven at the speed limit of 70 MPH most of the way. At the last
Toll Booth, you will be nearing Ensenada but you want to take the next exit marked "Tecate" to your right,
then turn left to pass over the toll road. You will go about 8 miles and after passing through a small village
you will pass on your right a very small sign just above ground level noting "85K."Somewhere near there
you will see a huge 300 to 400 yard long very high wall on your right made of stone set back about 20 feet
from the road. Behind it is a two story building that can barely be seen due to the height of the wall. There
are huge, green, metal gates in the archway. About .5 mi or so past that you will see a large dirt road on
your left forming a frontage road and a sign reading "CHORIZO" on the left. There will be a large red
and white radio transmission antenna on your right as well as a sign on the right reading, "Rancho Simomoro 3."
Turn left to get on the frontage road of dirt running parallel with the Tecate Road. Go a short way and you
will see a sign with a right angle arrow pointing right on the right side. Turn LEFT onto another dirt road.
In a short while (perhaps .5 mi) you will see a large red brick wall and a new two story building on the right
with an external spiral staircase. After a few hundred yards more you will pass a sign on the right reading,
"Las BriasasdelaValle" (the words are run together like that). with an arrow pointing to the left dirt road.
About 100 yards further after that sign is your destination: you will see a small white wall and a small white
building on the left. You can pull in and park right in front of the communal patio and grill.
Don Felipe will come out to greet you. (Of course, you will have to contact me to set this visit up and I will call
Don Filipe in advance - otherwise, you will be asked to leave, as Don Filipe is a guard as well as the caretaker
and overseer).

NOTE: All the dirt roads are extremely well maintained and can be easily driven in any car.

NOTE: I will meet and drive anyone to the location
who is serious about considering one or all lots.

Ensenada Lot

This lot is located at the top of a hill on Avenida Aleman.
It has a spectacular panoramic view overlooking the
city of Ensenada from the east well into the bay. The

Construction costs are much lower in Mexico for
skilled labor, architects, etc, though most materials are
