Symchan started out cheap at $3/g when they first discovered large numbers and all the first ones cut were pallasitic.
Then they discovered that, in fact, only a small portion had crystals and just happened to be the first ones sliced.
Since then the price has run between $6/g and $10/g - surprisingly even for the etched iron slices without crystals.
Now it is difficult to find anything over a few grams of pallisitic material, and then it is costly.

This piece has a nearly ideal ratio of nickle-iron to Crystals which display the pattern typical of the Symchan Pallasite.
Etched both sides.
